Cutting Bread

Baked Bads is a true passion project of mine. I believe in simple wholesome ingredients, tried and true methods and artisan quality results.  Why Baked  "Bads" that part is easy B.A.D.S are my initials plus it works as a delicious play on words as everyone is used to Baked Goods. These breads are dare I say bad ass so the name felt appropriate.

Each loaf of bread begins with an extremely robust starter called "The Beast" created through a battle royal of yeast cultures where only the strongest, highest quality and best tasting yeast survive. I have been using this specific culture for years and it has never let me down.
